What's Not Covered
Defects caused by rust, collision, dings, scratches, hail, acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, unreasonable use or care of the vehicle, or similar causes.

Things You Should Know
You must have your original receipt to exercise your warranty. Your full warranty is on the back of your invoice.

Car Care Information

How to Care for Your Car's New Paint
  • For the first few nights after painting, we recommend that you keep your car in a garage or enclosed area. This reduces the chance of acids from bird droppings or tree sap from damaging the fresh paint.
  • Should bird droppings or tree sap fall on your car, remove immediately with a soap formulated specifically for washing cars. The acids in these substances will damage your finish.
  • Wait a minimum of 30 days before using a car cover or a commercial car wash. High-pressure hoses or brushes at a car wash may damage your paint. We suggest using only soft cotton towels or sponges when washing your car. A "brushless" car wash is better for keeping your car looking new.
  • Do not wax or polish your car for at least 60 days. Use only a good-quality car wax or polish that's free of abrasive cleaning agents. Abrasive materials can mar and dull your new finish.
  • Do not use any rubber, vinyl or plastic protectants on your paint's surface. Polish your car once every four months, but only with a wax or polish formulated specifically for car finishes. This will help maintain your car's shine.
